I suppose it's time to get the BAAU DOWN 9 cover contest started!
Deadline: End of February
Color Theme: Green as main color, yellow, black, white as accents.
Notes: Cover should include the baau mascots, Baauji and Jade the Maid, in some way. It can be small (in past entries, baauji has been as small as a keychain to as big as an Obama poster)
Dimensions: book is 5.5" wide by 8.5" high + 1/4" bleed on each side for a total image size of 6" wide by 9" high. Image should be 300 dpi minimum (1800x2700), ideally, 600 dpi (3600x5400)
Comment away! Nothing is set in stone yet. |

does this HAVE to have Jade and baauji in the same image? Because if it does, then the cover would seem more narrow when it comes to ideas and stuff...
Also, Jade, can you take some pics of yourself in your maid outfit? I know that my drawing of you in your maid outfit looks different though, but I just want it to look vaguely like yours anyways. And take a few pics of your face too.
I have two ideas at the moment...
one involves cookies and milk
and the other is a remake of an old cover with Jade in it |

Current UCD Aggie-ite; possibly due to brain wash.
May also assume Wolf-beast form in order to transport notoriously known Backstabber, UltraMike.
Specializes in hand-to-hand combat including karate and tae kwon do training.
Thorough weapons training with butter knives.
Alias: Baauji's personal maid/bodyguard
Future alcoholic due to Japanese/Irish decent.
Known fears: ghosts |
