This one's a backup for those folks who can't make J-Town on 6/6 or Great Mall on 6/20, and for lazy East Bay folks who don't want to go far... and also for people who can't get enough BAAU.
Exact location is to be decided, tentatively, let's make it the park at the Farmer's Market (1 block west of Downtown Berkeley BART on Center Street) could be a good one if the weather is nice. It'd be nice to do some outdoor drawing for a change.
This meet is on! Meet at the round fountain in the park next to the farmer's market. 6/13, starting at 12 pm |

Hey, there's this showing that's been around for a while. I'm not sure if anyone is interested. But it's on June 13th. Same as this supposed Berkeley meet. I say supposed, cause it looks tentative this moment.
Anyway, there's this anime showing in Albany, (next city after Berkeley). I used to always go, but for some reason don't go to anymore. But it's definitely a place to check out, and maybe meet some new folks with similar interests.
If anyone is interested in going, then I'll go to and meet you there. Or you know what, I'll probably just go regardless, cause I haven't gone in so long.

you got it.
The fountain is decorated with lots of painted ceramic tiles, I think they're mostly peace themed. |

if i attend, it might be just for the beginning of the meetup. i forgot that i will be helping my cousin out for his booth in the filipino festival this saturday. it will be at the civic center, so let me know if anyone else will be there sat afternoon!
oh, and actually, i will be attending the bayanime dinner meetup in jtown sat evening too! |

I'm planning to make it to this one, but I might not get there until 12:30 maybe...
...and for those who never got off at the downtown Berkeley station before, please beware thet the signs inside the station might simply read "Berkeley" without the "Downtown" part. Just remember to get off at the stop after "Ashby" station! I've accidentally passed the "Downtown Berkeley" on more than one occasion... |

| There is parking but it costs money. Though there might be free parking on the street a couple blocks west or south. |
