A lot of the new sign-ups from Fanime live in the South Bay / Stockton areas and the 6/6 San Fran meet may be a bit far. Does anyone want to have a meet at the Great Mall in Milpitas the following Saturday, 6/13? Rainbowichi? Cocoumi? Ian?
the decision:
Saturday, June 20th
Great Mall Food Court, between the Cinna-Bon stand and Great Khans.
12-5 pm
Please see the rest of the post for transportation details.
A meet has also been scheduled for 6/13 in Downtown Berkeley.

sure, it's been a while so I kinda rusty with the pub transportation.. wait great mall is that in Fremont? maybe people can pick us up from the bart  ? |

Great mall is in Milpitas. The way to get there from the East Bay is to bart to fremont, and hop on the 180 bus, which starts at Fremont BART. It is almost impossible to miss the Great Mall stop, as the bus detours off the highway and into the parking lot.
South Bay folks have an easy connection via VTA trolley. and of course there is plenty o free parking.

| When i was younger my grandma took me to the great mall almost every week! i haven't been in a while and it would be great if it was on sunday but where in the great mall would we meet? |

| I can't make 6/20 myself but we should go ahead with this meet if it means more new folks can attend. Most of the signups were from the South Bay - When do most high schools in the South Bay wrap up their classes? |
